Founded in 2015 by Indian expatriates from the banks of Kerala’s Chaliyar River, Chaliyar Doha stands today as one of the most active and respected community organizations under the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), operating under the aegis of the Indian Embassy in Qatar.
What began as a small group inspired by environmental stewardship has grown into a vibrant network of over 4,000 members across 24 Panchayats—dedicated to promoting sustainability, healthy living, and cultural harmony.
