Chaliyar Doha is a collective organization comprising 24 associated organizations, each representing one of the 24 Panchayats along the Chaliyar region.
Each Panchayat nominates six members to the Chaliyar Doha Council. The Council serves as the supreme decision-making body of the organization.
Every two years, a new committee is formed through a Council meeting. From among the Council members, Office Bearers are elected or selected by majority decision for a tenure of two years. The Office Bearers include:
•One President
•One General Secretary
•One Treasurer
•Five Vice Presidents
•Five Secretaries
In addition, two members from each Panchayat are nominated to the Managing Committee (MC). If a Panchayat already has a member elected as an Office Bearer, one additional member from that Panchayat may join the MC.
The Managing Committee leads and manages the organization under the leadership of the President and oversees the execution of activities and decisions.
The Council meets once every three months to review activities, provide guidance, and ensure effective governance of Chaliyar Doha.
