Established in 1965, Mampad College has contributed significantly to the educational progress of Malabar.

The Odayikkal Regulator-cum-Bridge and Oli Waterfalls are among the major attractions of the region.
The expatriate association of Mampad Panchayat in Qatar is known as “Qatar Friends Mampad.”
Formed in 2018, this association is actively involved in various cultural and charitable activities both in the homeland and in Qatar. For the people of Mampad, football is a way of life, and through the Inter-Mampad Football Tournament, they continue to spread this passion and excitement even here.
